Andrew has over 30 years experience selling high value, complex business solutions to major corporate and government organisations. During his career, he has held positions in sales, sales management and executive management with major vendors including; Oracle, Ingres, CSC, Intentia and Computron, in Australia, Asia and Europe.

Andrew has a talent for turning under-performing sales operations around. He has also provided leadership in building successful sales teams, developing new markets and creating new business ventures.

Andrew has received numerous awards from his employers and from The Gartner Group / CFO Magazine for “The Best Software Company and Sales Operation” on three occasions.

Paul has worked in the IT industry for over 30 years in roles covering technical, training, direct selling, sales management and general management.

During engagements at international corporations including  Oracle, Baan, Computer Associates, Sun Microsystems and Cognos Paul has used his skills and managed teams that have assisted their clients to achieve increased success as measured by revenue increase, reduced operating costs and development of  new markets.

Paul, a personal achiever with numerous over achievement awards, has also led successful sales teams through his ability to leverage the talents and skills of the team to reach their next level of performance, through a combination of coaching, mentoring and training.
